Project Summary:
Located at 4111 Marconi Avenue in Sacramento, this facility is conveniently situated near Capital City Freeway and Eastern Avenue.
This facility consists of 50,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled self storage spaces and 14,000 sq. ft. of non-climate controlled self storage spaces, as well as outdoor storage for automobiles, RVs and boats. The project also features a live-in manager apartment, 24-hour security cameras, electronic gates, and abundant landscaping setbacks from both commercial and residential neighbors.
