Madison Mall is a very large and successful center built in the 1950’s with several significant updates, last one in 2004. The tenant mix continues to evolve and reflect the affluence of the Fair Oaks community, the visibility and access provided by Hazel Avenue and Madison Avenue and the image generated by the ownerships continued reinvestment.
